Trust levels: how participation unlocks features

Trust levels reward consistent, constructive participation. As you post, reply, and earn reputation, you move up from Level 0 to Level 5.

Higher levels relax rate limits and unlock light moderation abilities. You never lose a level for being inactive — trust is earned, not rented.

One caveat for larger communities: keep an eye on the indexes. At a few thousand rows the difference is night and day.
